Most particularly, it is placed at load center so that reduce power loss effectively to improve power quality, enhance the reliability of power supply and also is significant for distribution network transformation.
This substation fulfills the functions such as transformation of energy, distribution, transmission, metering, compensation, system control, protection and communication.
The ZBW prefabricated substation is composed by the high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage distribution panel, distribution transformer and enclosure. The high-voltage switchgear adopts air load switch and the transformer is dry-type or oil immersed type. The substation adopts good ventilation structure with elegant appearance and good heat-insulating performance. The temperature rise of the compartments caused by the outdoor solar radiation can be reduced to within the lowest limits on account of the upper and lower ventilation windows. The forced ventilation device and the temperature auto-controlled device should be installed in the substation. The systems of control, protection, live display and the lighting are equipped in each separate unit.

Functional characteristics 1. The whole box body is divided into four parts: the bottom floor, the frame, the top frame and the box cover. The frame and the top frame are assembled by steel structural parts. The outer shell can be made of coloured steel plate which conforms to the heat insulation plate or steel plate. The clapboard is made of coloured steel composite plate to prevent thermal radiation and thermal guidance between different types. The exposed structural parts are treated by strict acid washing, phosphating, spraying and other processes to ensure corrosion resistance, moisture and heat resistance, mildew resistance and strong outdoor weather resistance. 2. The sub-box structure is adopted to avoid oil pollution in transformer tank. 3. Adopt new louver structure, large area of heat dissipation and ventilation, suitable for areas with strong wind. V-shaped structure design can effectively prevent rainwater from entering while enhancing ventilation. 4. Low-voltage main switch adopts circuit breakers from well-known manufacturers at home and abroad. 5. The transformer uses S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer, which has the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency. It can achieve good energy-saving effect and reduce pollution. 6. Substation has perfect protection performance, convenient operation, high and low voltage metering is optional, and can be equipped with automatic reactive power compensation device according to user's requirements.

Transportation, installation and maintenance Transportation The factory substation should be filled with 25#(or 45#) transformer oil as indicated by the oil level gauge in the tank. During transportation and loading and unloading, it shall not be inverted or turned over, shall not impact the parts, and shall not be strongly shaken Special attention should be paid to the lifting hook in the lifting hook of the fuel tank, and it should be lifted slowly to avoid damage to the paint on the surface of the substation by the wire rope, and even cause the center of gravity of the whole substation to shift, tilt, and fall. Install When the substation is installed on site, pay attention to the protection of the paint on the surface of the cabinet, do not allow the handle of the barometer, oil level meter, the thermometer, plug-in fuse and insulation sleeve element to bump, crack, etc., and the screws are not loose. Clean the dust and dirt outside the substation, inside the cabinet door and on the surface of the insulation sleeve. Check whether the name plate data and product certificate of the substation are consistent with the order, and check whether documents and spare parts are missing according to the packing list. The civil diagram of the inlet and outlet of the substation cable is shown in Figure 6. Maintenance The factory products have been strictly adjusted assembly, do not need to be disassembled during installation, so as not to affect the performance, maintenance is limited to the following situations: Sample analysis of transformer oil once a year; It is found that the oil level should be supplemented in time, and the brand of oi l is the same as that in the box: After the fuse is blown, the cause should be identified, and the specifications and models should be the same as the original specifications and models when replacing the melt core.
