Scope
This instrument is a new generation of precision instruments developed in combination with the principle of UV fluorescence measurement and computer technology. It is the most advanced total sulfur analyzer in China. It conforms to ASTM D5453, SH / T 0689 and other standards. The instrument complies with national refined oil Arbitration standard for determination of total sulfur content. It widely used in the determination of crude oil, hydrocarbons and engine fuel, LPG, plastics, petrochemical products, food and so on.
The instrument uses the principle of ultraviolet fluorescence measurement, when the sample is introduced into the pyrolysis furnace, the sample undergoes the cracking oxidation reaction, in which the sulfide is quantitatively converted into sulfur dioxide, carried by the carrier gas, the moisture is removed by the membrane dryer, (SO2 *), when the SO2 * return to the steady state of sulfur dioxide emission fluorescence, the release of energy received by the photomultiplier tube, and then amplified by the micro-current amplifier, and then to the SO2 * The amount of sulfur dioxide is proportional to the total sulfur content in the sample, so the total sulfur content in the sample can be determined by measuring the luminous intensity of the sample.
