ADSS Preformed Short Span Tension Clamp Preformed Tension Clamp are designed to hold conductors and strands evenly to prevent conductor deformation. This product is designed for bare and stranded conductors and is recommended for use with plastic sheathed conductors. At the same time, the tension clamp can withstand at least 95% of the rated breaking strength of conductors and strands, and is made of high-strength materials. Composition: twisted wire, rubber insert, cast aluminum shell, right-angle shackle, U-shackle. Purposes: supporting cableï¼?make the ADSS hang on the tower. Structure and Materials Shackle - Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, the shackle is linked to the reinforcing bar unit. Twisted Chain Ring - Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, the twisted links serve to connect the shackle to the thimble. Sleeve - Composed of hot-dip galvanized cast steel, the sleeve is inserted into the unclamp of the tension clamp to ensure protection and facilitate connection. Armored Rod - Fabricated from aluminum-clad steel wire, armored rods enhance friction through a layer of granular emery within the cable. These rods are pre-assembled into four subsets to reduce misalignment errors and expedite installation. The ends are bent outward to provide strain relief in critical areas where the cable departs. Prefabricated Dead Ends - These components are constructed from either hot-dip galvanized steel wire or aluminum-clad steel wire and are assembled in the shop into a subset featuring a solid layer of emery. This design increases the grip of the tensioning clamps while minimizing lateral pressure.
Custom ADSS Tension Clamp ADSS Tension Clamps are used to connect ADSS cables to poles/towers. Armored rods provide protection and cushioning for the ADSS cables. The special design of the prefabricated rods ensures that the tension clamps do not overstress the ADSS cables, thus ensuring a normal service life of the cable system.The ADSS tension clamps are made of aluminium-clad or galvanized steel wire. Structure and raw materials Unshackle - hot-dip galvanized steel. The shackle is connected to the reinforcing bar unit. Twisted chain ring - hot dipped galvanized steel. Twisted links are used to connect the shackle to the thimble. Sleeve - hot dip galvanized cast steel. The sleeve is inserted into the unclamp of the tension clamp to provide protection and connection. Armored rod ----- Aluminum clad steel wire. Armored rods increase friction through a layer of granular emery inside the cable. The rods are shop assembled into four subsets to minimize misalignment errors and speed installation. Direction 1. Used for connecting connecting poles (towers) to terminal poles (towers), tension poles, or poles (towers) with line clamping angles of 25�° or more. Special specifications: 1 unit for each terminal pole (tower), 2 units for each tension pole (tower), and 2 units for each connecting pole (tower).
