COI Putty Polymer is an additive to prevent dampness and flaking of newly painted walls due to efflorescence. Generally, flaking occurs in few places in every home. Our Product is substitute to waterproofing at such places. It provides strength to wall putty (base of a paint), that prevents flaking for longer time, longer enough for your next painting schedule.
Redispersible polymer powder should be stored in cool and dry environment. It is recommended to use within 6 months, preferably be used as soon as possible in summer. Storage in high temperature and humidity conditions will increase the risk of caking. Opened containers should be used as soon as possible, if not, should be resealed to prevent ingress of moisture from the air. Redispersible polymer powder supplied in paper bags should not be stacked. Prolonged heavy pressure may cause caking. Storage under pressure should also be avoided.

ZHUOJUN® redispersible polymer powders are free flowing white powders obtained by spray drying macromolecular copolymer dispersions under carefully defined conditions. They are mainly used improve cohesion, adhesion, flexibility and workability in constructions especially in dry-mix mortar. Typical Applications - Tile adhesives - Tile grout - Wall putty - External insulation and finish systems (EIFS) - Cement, lime or gypsum-based finished dry-mix mortar - Self-leveling flooring compounds - Repair mortars and crack fillers - Cement-based plasters - Gypsum fillers
MAISSEN REDISPERSIBLE POLYMER POWDER Redispersible polymer powder is soluble in water. Maissen RDP is based on Vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer and used PVA as the protection collid. Could disperse in water very well and form the emulsion. Maissen redispersible polymer powder can increase the fleibility, workability, bonding strength and water proofing of mortar. Can be widely usedd in many kinds of dry mortar. Application Recommendation: Wall putty, tile adhesive, EIFS surface mortar, EIFS adhesive mortar, plaster, joint filler. Package: 25kgs per bag 20'FCL can load 14 tons with pallets / 16 tons without pallets 40'FCL can load 28 tons with pallets
Supplier: Polymer based wall putty
Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) is a natural polymer materials as raw materials, through a series of chemical processing and prepared non-ionic cellulose. It contains almost methyl cellulose(MC) of all the performance, your first choice for production of high quality building materials additives. To meet the needs of environmental protection, Our product with high water retention, dispersion, good fineness, good work ability, easy dissolution characteristics. It suitable for dry mortar building, both inside and outside wall putty powder milk (cream), adhesives, caulks, interface agents, coatings, self-leveling agent of new building materials
Typical Applications - Tile adhesives - Tile grout - Wall putty - External insulation and finish systems (EIFS) - Cement, lime or gypsum-based finished dry-mix mortar - Self-leveling flooring compounds - Repair mortars and crack fillers - Cement-based plasters - Gypsum fillers Dispersible polymer powders are powdery products and therefore feature a number of advantages: they are ideal for ready-to-use dry mortars and prevent errors during mixing on site they permit easy transportation and storage of the dry mortars they ensure easy handling on site Composition: Polymer Resin Main ingredient of dispersion particle and a key part for redispersible polymer powders to come into play. Interior Additives It plays a role of modified resin with polymer resin. Protective Colloid A layer of hydrophilic material is coated on the surface of the redispersible polymer powder. The protective colloid of most redispersible polymer powder is polyvinyl alcohol. Exterior Additives The anti-caking agents and super-fined mineral additives are incorporated to make sure that powder properties are maintained during storage and processing.
