ZZC Series Rotor Powder Feeding System
ZZC series rotor powder feeding system is the measuring equipment, developed and applied for powder feeding, on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced powder feeding technology. It is widely used for measuring and control of coal ash, fly ash, limestone, carbide slag and alumina, etc.
1. ZZC Series Rotor Powder Feeding System composition:
1.1 Spiral gate valve;
1.2 Pre-feeder (FRC powder feeder, star shape feeder, screw feeder, a set of valves);
1.3 ZZC rotor scale;
1.4 Flexible connection;
1.5 Control system, etc.
2. Rotor Scale's Structure and Principle:
The rotor scale weighs material weight by using balance structure. Motor, impeller rotor and disc compose the balance body, weighing blade supports on the frame, entrance and exit use flexible connections, do not affect the balance body bearing stress and turning, and ensure the body balanced on both sides when designing. Due to the rotating impeller, the material flows uniformly within half a circumference from entrance to exit in the process of powder supply. The load cell can accurately measure the weight of the powder on the semi-circle. Weight signal and impeller speed signal calculated within the microcomputer and then get flow rate signal. After comparing with the setting value, the controlled variable will be passed to the frequency conversion motor (including the pre-feeder frequency conversion motor). Adjusting the speed of rotor scale and pre-feeder can adjust the powder flow rate.
