Powder particles are moving by the airflow created by the suction fan and are prevented to exit out upon filtering. Suction fan is mounted at the top of the booth. Air movement generated by the fan carries the powder particles to the filter unit and collects them to the outer surface of the filters. Filters are cleaned by means of the pull-reverse cleaning system during the operation. Powder particles are collected manually from here and can be sifted if reused. The sieve system is not included in the cabinet. It is designed as open type, one-sided for manual powder coating. Electrical installation and electrical control panel is available on the system.
