European Commission has confirmed the EU-wide ban on the use of zinc oxide at medicinal levels in piglet feed in 2017, EU 2017/1413 Regulation made further limit on zinc oxide in cosmetics, in 2016, California Senate Bill 1260 even tried to ban the sale of motor vehicle tires in California that contained more than a certain amount of zinc by weight. To follow this tread, we have developed Low-Zinc Activator Topfine® CR510, it has the characteristics of low zinc content, high vulcanization activity and excellent dispersion. Zinc content is only half of common Zinc Oxide (ZnO), which is environmentally friendly, and meets the requirements of rubber products performance.
Activator Topfine® CR510 is prepared by means of liquid phase reaction, which is obtained by reaction under specific temperature and PH conditions, also obtained under dehydration process and granulation technology.
