Topfine N98 is an amorphous (non-crystalline) silicon dioxide consisting of perfectly spherical primary particles (150 nm mean dia). It is inert, non-toxic and eco-friendly. It will not decompose even in a fire.
TOPFINE N98 is readily dispersed in, and compatible to most thermoplastics elastomers and WPC.
Flame retardancy: TOPFINEN98 is a flame retardant synergist that improves the char strength and makes the flame retardant additives (ATH, MDH, ATO, APP, etc) work more efficiently, allowing a reduction in the addition level of the flame retardants. It can replace 30% ATO without flame retardent effect changing.
Rheology: TOPFINEN98 acts like sub-micron ball bearings, reducing the torque in mixing (saving energy and may allow a higher filler loading). It can reduce the buildup of plate out by lowering the friction against the tooling in an extruder (better and a more uniform flow and better surface). The ball bearing effect also helps to disperse inorganic fillers and additives, making the compounds more homogenous.
Dynamic fatigue: TOPFINEN98 shows excellent fatigue resistance, brings longer service life, brings lower risk of failure, increasing more than 50% property of fatigueresistance.

TOPFILL® N90 is a new type of reinforcing material, its main component is modified Silica.
The particle size distribution is 60nm~500nm, the aggregate structure is a single sphere, with irregular groove surface and relatively lower structure.
The smallest structural unit is spherical. With extremely low surface activity, structural units could not be agglomerated.
The smallest structural unit has uneven surface, with certain reinforcing performance.
Nano grade structural unit has a very low degree of structure. Good dispersion in rubber, with addition amount increasing the rolling resistance of tread rubber decreased.
