Chemical Name: Amorphous Silica
Product Name: Topfine® N98
Topfine N98 is an amorphous (non-crystalline) silicon dioxide consisting of perfectly spherical primary particles (150 nm mean dia). It is inert, non-toxic and eco-friendly. It will not decompose even in a fire.
TOPFINE® N98 is readily dispersed in, and compatible to most thermoplastics elastomers.
Flame retardancy: TOPFINE®N98 is a flame retardant synergist that improves the char strength and makes the flame retardant additives (ATH, MDH, ATO, APP, etc) work more efficiently, allowing a reduction in the addition level of the flame retardants. It can replace 30% ATO without flame retardent effect changing.
Rheology: TOPFINE®N98 acts like ??sub-micron ball bearings?, reducing the torque in mixing (saving energy and may allow a higher filler loading). It can reduce the buildup of plate out by lowering the friction against the tooling in an extruder (better and a more uniform flow and better surface). The ??ball bearing effect? also helps to disperse inorganic fillers and additives, making the compounds more homogenous.
Dynamic fatigue: TOPFINE®N98 shows excellent fatigue resistance, brings longer service life, brings lower risk of failure, increasing more than 50% property of fatigueresistance.
Application:
Topfine®N98 has been designed for usage in thermoplastics, TEP, ABS, dark rubber etc, for flame retardant and fatigue resistance requirement.

Ammonium sulfate is a white crystalline salt with the chemical formula (NH4)2SO4, commonly used in agriculture as a nitrogen-rich fertilizer. Its high nitrogen content makes it an excellent source of plant nutrients, promoting healthy growth and improved crop yields. It is also utilized in industrial applications such as food processing, water treatment, and flame retardant production. Ammonium sulfate can be applied directly to soil or mixed with other fertilizers, making it a versatile and valuable resource for enhancing plant nutrition and soil quality in agriculture.
Magnesium carbonate, with the chemical formula MgCO3, is a white, odorless, and tasteless solid that occurs naturally in various minerals like magnesite and dolomite. It is commonly used in diverse applications, notably as an antacid and drying agent in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. In antacids, magnesium carbonate helps alleviate heartburn and indigestion by neutralizing excess stomach acid. It also finds use in sports chalk and as a drying agent for hands in gymnastics, weightlifting, and rock climbing to enhance grip. Additionally, magnesium carbonate has industrial applications as a flame retardant and filler in plastics, rubber, and ceramics. Its versatility and safety in various contexts make magnesium carbonate a valuable compound with multiple practical uses.
A masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments or additives that are used in the plastics industry to color or enhance the properties of plastic products. It is a cost-effective and efficient way to introduce colorants, UV stabilizers, flame retardants, and other additives into plastics during the manufacturing process. Masterbatches are typically in the form of small pellets or granules that can be easily mixed with the base plastic resin, resulting in a consistent and uniform color or modification throughout the final plastic product. They play a vital role in achieving desired visual and performance characteristics in a wide range of plastic applications, from packaging materials to automotive components and consumer goods.
White crystal powder without any visible foreign matters. Soluble in water, slightly soluted in alcohol, dissolvable in benzene, ether and petroleum ether etc., Esters will be formed by reaction with common organic acid; No reaction take place when it is heated with dilute caustic solution. application Pentaerythritol is used in the manufacture of Alkyd resins, fatty acid rosin and tall oil esters and to make paint and coatings, printing ink, coating adhesives, explosives, sealants, varnish, lacquer, vinyl chloride, synthetic rubber and miscellaneous including Pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN), urethane coatings, flame retardant paints, polyvinyl chloride stabilizers, olefins antioxidant and Pentaerythritol triacrylate.
Ammonium sulfate is a common inorganic salt. It contains two ammonium ions and one sulfate ion. This salt is widely used in various applications, including agriculture, industrial processes, and laboratory settings. Here are some key points about ammonium sulfate: Nitrogen and Sulfur Content: Ammonium sulfate is a good source of both nitrogen and sulfur. The nitrogen is in the ammonium form, making it readily available for plants. Solubility: Ammonium sulfate is highly soluble in water, allowing it to be easily dissolved for use in liquid fertilizers or irrigation systems. Fertilizer Use: It is commonly used as a nitrogen and sulfur fertilizer in agriculture to provide essential nutrients for plant growth. The nitrogen in ammonium sulfate is gradually released, providing a sustained nutrient supply to plants. Acidity: Ammonium sulfate is acidic in nature, and its application can contribute to lowering the pH of the soil. This can be beneficial in alkaline soils or for crops that prefer slightly acidic conditions. Soil Amendment: In addition to providing nutrients, ammonium sulfate can also serve as a soil amendment for improving certain soil characteristics. Industrial Applications: Ammonium sulfate is used in various industrial processes, including the production of textiles, dyes, and flame retardants. It is also employed in certain chemical reactions and as a precipitant in laboratories. Yeast Nutrient: In the brewing industry, ammonium sulfate is sometimes used as a yeast nutrient in the fermentation process. Compatibility: Ammonium sulfate is generally compatible with other fertilizers, and it can be used in combination with them to provide a balanced nutrient profile. Safety Considerations: When handling ammonium sulfate, it's important to follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment to prevent skin or eye contact and inhalation. Storage: Ammonium sulfate should be stored in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture absorption.

Is a nitrogen containing halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant, which is a type II polyphosphate. This product has a high degree of polymerization, good thermal stability, low moisture absorption, and low addition amount, can help reducing costs. It is different from halogenated flame retardants. During the combustion process, the product expands the carbon layer to achieve heat insulation and air isolation, to achieve the flame retardant effect. It is low smoke, low toxicity, and no melting droplets. It is an efficient inorganic environmentally friendly flame retardant material. The pH value is close to neutral, without corrosion to production equipment, reducing equipment maintenance costs. It can work synergistically with aluminum hydroxide, resulting in better results Type II polyphosphate has a wide range of applications, including fireproof coatings for buildings, ships, trains, and cables. It is also the main raw material for compounding flame retardants such as plastics and rubber. It is also suitable for materials such as plastics (PP, PE, PVC, etc.), polyester, rubber, and various high-end intumescent fireproof coatings.
