ET-ROLL-210 is a cost-effective press and roll pack machine with 50 tons heavy duty hydraulic pressure mechanism. The mattress is given to the machine after hand bagging, the machine automatically fulfils all the operations of compression, sealing and rolling with a wide range of adjustable exit diameter.

ET-ROLL-110 is a roll pack machine without compression unit. Although it does not have a compression unit, it can easily roll most of your light to medium mattresses, toppers, pet beds and wedges.

Product Application
ET-ROLL-311 is a full automatic mattress wrap, compress, fold and roll machine. After compression it can fold the mattress to half and roll afterwards to minimize the shipping, storage and operation costs and maximize the profit and competitiveness.

Thanks to unique design of ET-ROLL-311 it gives possibility to work as wrap-only, wrap-compress, wrap-compressroll and wrap-compress-fold-roll without adding any extra turning or 90° transfer conveyors. Moreover, with all these options it offers the smallest footprint (installation area) compared to competing machines.

ET-ROLL-310 is a full automatic mattress rollpack machine with the self-wrapping system. The mattress is wrapped fully automatic without any need for manual hand bagging.
Any type of mattresses are fed by the conveyor and wrapped, compressed, sealed and rolled.
Robust structure is able to apply 50 tons of hydraulic pressure on the mattress in order to make the mattress completely flat and easy to rollpack.

- Thanks to adjustable pressing amount and 90° cross conveyor before the rolling system, ET-ROLL-310 can also be used as a normal mattress wrapper without rolling.

FELIS is a frame by frame single needle computerized quilting machine. It has a moving sewing head and moving frame in order to accelerate the movements by reducing the weight of moving parts.
With the advantage of the moving sewing head, FELIS also brings 50% space requirement advantage compared to conventional frame by frame quilting machines. It needs half the space of a conventional fixed head quilter.
