FELIS is a frame by frame single needle computerized quilting machine. It has a moving sewing head and moving frame in order to accelerate the movements by reducing the weight of moving parts.
With the advantage of the moving sewing head, FELIS also brings 50% space requirement advantage compared to conventional frame by frame quilting machines. It needs half the space of a conventional fixed head quilter.

ET-ROLL-310 is a full automatic mattress rollpack machine with the self-wrapping system. The mattress is wrapped fully automatic without any need for manual hand bagging.
Any type of mattresses are fed by the conveyor and wrapped, compressed, sealed and rolled.
Robust structure is able to apply 50 tons of hydraulic pressure on the mattress in order to make the mattress completely flat and easy to rollpack.

One of the most time consuming part of mattress production is flanging the quilted panel.

HYDRA is a full automatic double feeding system, high speed double heads quilting machine for upholstery, mattress and home textile industries.
