Principle:
Weight of the simple piston balances the differential piston weight to serve as standard instrument to measure positive and negative pressure. For negative pressure measurement,differential piston rises,then weight should be put on it; for negative pressure measurement, simple piston rises, then weight should be put on it to balance the two piston systems.
Applications: calibration instrument for pointer pressure gauges,digital pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pressure sensors,etc.
