Shipment commences as per contract Payment for the Contract quantity: The payment for the Contract quantity will be done at sight by the Buyer through a divisible, irrevocable, revolving and confirmed documentary letter of credit (â??IRCDLC) issued by an International reputable bank acceptable to the Seller. IRCDLC needs to also contain rolls & extensions, and will be valid for at least 12 months. Payment terms for the contract delivery will be as follows: 100% (One Hundred percent) taken from the IRCDLC and paid immediately to the Seller at the delivery of the certificate of weight and quality issued by SGS International (or equivalent) at the plant.
