The Frozen Chicken Paws shall be processed grade A following specifications and/or International Standard Specifications, and fit for human consumption. We work with Brazilian plants approved by the general administration of quality supervision, inspection and guarantee of China as a plant with an acceptable SIF number. SPECIFICATIONS: processed grade A Average weight: 30 grams up/piece | washed & cleaned | white skin (outer yellow skin off) | no bad smells | no broken bones | no black nail | no excessive blood | no stains and black spots on pad | no ammonia burns | moisture content less than 3% | freezing process BQF (block quick frozen) | frozen requirements: blast frozen at -40C | stocked at 18C, during transportation at -18C | shelf life: 18-24 months.
