1. Substrate Requirements: Clean,no bugle and pointy object

3. Installation
1) Clean the litters,dust on the substrate
2)Pave a layer of PE film,the overlap uses butyl adhesive tape to glue
3)Pave Extruded polystyrene foam insulation board(XPS),using exclusive fasteners to fasten the board
4)Pre-applied TPO membrane: Lay the TPO membrane on the insulation board in accordance with the snap line,paving direction should be perpendicular with the wave of profiled steel sheet,dispose the loose TOP membrane as the outline on the insulation board. Membrane remains flat and even,overlap is 12cm and appropriate trim is needed
5)Fasten the TPO membrane: Align edge of mark line 30mm install the fasteners and elastics
6)Membrane Overlap: One piece membrane laid on the other,use the automatic hot air welding machine to weld
7) Detailed Spots Strengthening: Trim adequate TPO membrane for detailed spots,use portable hot welding machine weld on the TPO membrane
8)TPO membrane edge treatment: Use batten to fasten the edge along with sealants
