Forging: Oil quenching cold die has crack sensitivity,so it should not be quickly heated,it had better for a preheating in 650-750 centigrade .The temperature of forging is 1130-1150 centigrade, eventually temperature should be more than 800-850 centigrade, steel ingot take upper limit temperature.while blank forging take lower temperature.
