Description and application:
Welding flux SJ601 is a type of alkaline agglomerated flux special for welding stainless steels and high alloy heat resistant steels, the basicity of which is about 1.8, gray while spherical grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm(10-60 meshes).SJ601 is suitable for use with DC power; filler wires connect with positive electrode. The flux provides high purity of weld bead metal with low content of harmful elements. Hardly any carbon generated and less burning loss chromium when welding stainless steels. It is perfect for welding low carbon and ultralow carbon stainless steels, which provides good intragranular anti-corrosion performance of weld bead.

E6013 is a mild-steel, all position, general purpose cellulose-base rod. It operates on ac or dc welding current and works well on low voltage ac machines. E6013 is an excellent choice where there is poor fit-up in the joint. It deposits easily and smoothly producing medium to shallow penetration. Small sizes are well adapted to low heat on thin metals.
