Welding flux
Nova supply and distribute welding flux commonly used for steel structure construction, shipyard, offshore facilities, bridge construction, and automobile manufacturing.
Name: Agglomerated submerged arc welding flux SJ101 AWS: AWS/ASME SFA-5.17 F6A0-EL8 F7A2-EM12K F7A4-EH14 SAW wires: EL8, EM12K, EH14, etc. Power supply: DC (DCEP), AC Basicity: 1.8 BIIW Grain size: 10-60 mesh (0.28-2.0mm) Alloy transfer: nearly no transfer of Mn, Si to weld metal Category: submerged arc welding mild steel & low-alloy steel Industry: structural steel, pressure vessel, bridge building, ship building, pipeline, heavy equipment, spiral pipe mills, etc. Description: fluoride based agglomerated flux. Granular size 10-60 mesh (0.28-2.0mm). Easy slag removal. Excellent mechanical properties. Smooth welding pass. Widely used for API grade X60, X65, X70 pipeline construction. Low diffusible hydrogen content (¡Ü50ml/100g) in weld metal gives it high toughness and high cracking resistance at low temperature. Package: damp-proof packing, 25kg/bag Certification: ABS, CCS, LR Attention: 1. We get values in data sheets from tests carried out in accordance to AWS and GB standard procedure. They only represent values we get under those conditions. They are not to be taken as guarantees. As to welding, individual test results may vary depending on experience & technique, flux type, base metal, joint preparation, flux preparation, ampere, voltage, etc. 2. If welding fluxes are stored in improper environment or influenced by condensed moisture, anyway, they get damp, please dry them at 300-350¡æ for 2 hours before usage. 3. Please clean the rust, oil, water on base metal before welding. 4. Add minumum 20% new flux when using recovered flux to avoid welding defects and maintain welding performance & mechanical properties. 5. Please control parameters properly, like preheat temperature, interpass temperature, cooling rate. 25KG/BAG
Thermite Welding flux provide exothermic joint for the rods or conductors. Steel disk & Stater powder are included with each Fluc packet. Weight of Welding flux might differ with requirement and same with the rates
Agglomerated acid flux for welding of ordinary carbon manganese, low alloy structure and boiler quality steel in combination with appropriate SAW wire (such as EL8,EM12. EM12K). The flux suitable for high speed welding and provides very good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal even with narrow groove and fillet welds. The other character of LJ-SJ501 is high resistance to cracking and porosity. Especially it is insensitive to oil, rust, scale and dirt on the surface to be welded. Most being applied to double-side with single pass weld and fillet welds. As the consumption of the flux is very low,it is very economical. • Flux type: Aluminum-Rutile • Basicity index: 0.5-0.8 • Grain size:2.0-0.28mm(10-60meshes)
The acid fluxes (peony welding sj501) contain substantial amounts of silica, silicates in the form of calcium and/or manganese silicate and manganese oxide. These fluxes react with the weld pool and will raise both silicon and manganese content of the weld together with a high oxygen content. The result of this is that the toughness of the weld is poor but the fluxes will tolerate rusty surfaces, will detach easily and give a good weld appearance. They are especially useful for single pass high speed welding such as fillet welding of web to flange girder joints.
ZT.SJ101¨Welding flux© In accordance with GB/F4A4-H08MnA F5A4-H10Mn2 Equivalent to AWS F7A4-EH14 DESCRIPTION: ZT.SJ101 is a bonded type high basic flux with ball form gray granule about 10-60 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC power source, and also can be used large current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth bead with head appearance. The weld metal shows good toughness at low temperature. APPLICATIONS: In combination with H08A.H08MnA.H08MnMoA.H10Mn2 wires, this flux is suitable for welding of low alloy steels for important products, such as boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines, etc. It is also suitable for multiple-wire submerged are welding, especially for butt welding of large diameter vessel with one-pass on both sides. GUIDELINES FOR USAGE: 1.Dry the flux at 300-350¡æ for 2 hours before use 2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding. in bags.
