We are one of the most renowned company in industry engaged in manufacturing, trading & exporting spacious range of all aluminium alloy conductors. Our conductor is made from aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloy of higher electrical conductivity containing calculated amount of magnesium silicate to give it better mechanical properties after treatment/drawing and thereafter stranded from 7 strands to 61 strands. These conductors are commonly used for bare overhead primary and secondary transmission.

STANDARD:ASTM B399, BS 3242, BS EN50183, DIN 48201, IEC 61089, etc
CAPACITY:2000ton/month
AAAC aluminum alloy conductors are extensively used for overhead distribution and transmission lines adjacent to ocean coastlines where there can be a problem of corrosion in the steel of an ACSR construction due to the following features:

1.high strength to weight ratio
2.better sag characteristics
3.improved electrical properties
4.excellent resistance to corrosion
5.higher operating efficiency of the line

Aluminum alloy conductors have a number of advantages over the use of the ACSR or all-aluminum conductors.
1.Lower power losses than for equivalent single-aluminum-layer ACSR conductors.(The inductive effect of the steel core in the ACSR is eliminated.)
2.Simpler fitting than those required for ACSR.
3.Excellent corrosion resistance in environments conductive to galvanic corrosion in ACSR.
4.Strength and sag approximately the same as for equivalent 6/1 and 26/7 ACSR conductors.
5.Outside diameters are the same for standard ACSR conductors, permitting interchangeability of fitting.

1.Applications
AAAC have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels, and also used in power lines across great rivers, heavy ice area, and other places special geographical characteristics. The cables have excellent advantages of high strength, large current carrying capacity and good catenary property as well as wear-resistance,anti-crush and corrosion-proof with simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost for the line, large transmission capacity.
2.Specifications
AAAC bear conductor meets or exceeds the following ASTM Specifications:
B-398 Aluminum Alloy 6201-T81 Wire for Electrical Purpose.
B-399 Concentrical-Lay-Stranded 6201-T81 Aluminum Alloy Conductors
3.Product Performance
(1).The electrical performance of AAAC is indicated in DC©/km(20oC).The resistivity of aluminum alloy wire for stranded wires is:
LHA1:not greater than 32.840n©. m
LHA2:not greater than 32.530n©. m
(2).The rated tensile strength of AAAC is denoted with the result of total cross-section areas of all aluminum alloy conductors multiplied by min.Tensile strength of corresponding size specified in the standard for aluminum alloy wire.
4.Material Standard
The high-strength aluminum alloy conductor used for AAAC conforms to the standard JB/T 8134-1997(equivalent to IEC 60104:1987).
