Our bottom block is made from high quality raw material, processed by fine batching, forming, drying and firing process. After that the block will be matched by cutting, grinding, milling and drilling to assure of the accurate sizes. The physical and chemical properties of our bottom block are excellent, the appearance and size are accurate, especially the anti hydrogen diffusion ability and anti alkali erosion ability of the product are remarkable. This block can be used in the whole bottom of floating glass tin bath.

AZS brick use high purity zircon, alumina and silica as its raw material. Our fused AZS blocks mainly inclue model AZS-33#, AZS-36#, and AZS-41#. the different models applicated in different parts of furnaces. AZS brick 33#, a normal refractory material, with the features of very good melting glass resisting, which seldom produces stone or other faults, and has little possibility to produce bubbles, widely used in glass Industrial furnace. AZS brick 36# has more free baddeleyite crystals in chain structure and less vitreous phase, which further improves the corrosion resistibility and reduces the potential defects in glass, so it is recommended to be used in sections where glass flow is faster and temperature is higher, such as melter sidewall, paving, doghouse, etc. AZS brick 41# has the most free baddeleyite crystals among the fused cast AZS families, which are evenly distgributed within the block. Its corrosion resistibility is the best and thus it is usually recommended to be used in the most demanding positions to balance the furnace life.

What's Fused Cast The term Fused Cast refers to a manufacturing process in which the ceramic bonding is obtained by the solidification of a mixture which has been melted in an electric furnace and cast in liquid state into molds. Fused Cast AZS Blocks Introduction AZS fused cast block is also called fused cast block which is abbreviated as AZS because it contains Al2O3ZrO2SiO2. Fused cast AZS block is made from pure alumina powder and Zircon sand (composed of 65% zirconia and 34% SiO2). After Alumina powder and zircon sand melting in electric furnace, they are cast into various molds and cool themselves down to become white solid. Because of the different content of Zirconia from 33%-41%, our fused cast AZS blocks can be divided into three types 33,36 and 41. TY-AZS33 Description Fused cast AZS 33 block has dense micro structure which ensures its great resistance in glass liquid, thus you donâ??t have to worry about the solidification and other problems.
