Introduction: The TP-serie are machines describing fully automatic vision SMT pick and place machines, which can mount a variety of components through the vacuum nozzle. The TP66V is suitable for most of the SMD components such as 0402, SOICs, PLCCs and QFP ICs. With the vision position system it is able to mount 0.5mm of QFP ICs or BGAs. Beside the standard circle reference point, also a square point, which is not the PCB solder paste screen printing pad ring perforated pad, can be chosen as a reference point. Features: 1.
