The thermal spraying equipment is used mainly in repairing wear and tear of the coating surface for tower, poles, bridges, water gates, ship structure, large-scale and long-lasting anti-corrosion paper dryer, printing rollers, crankshaft , capacitance, electrode coating of electrical porcelain industry, etc. Brief of thermal spraying: The hot spraying process is heating spray materials(wire stock or power stock)with certain kind of heat source to make the material being heated form particles in the state of melted or semi-melted. Then these particles shall shock and settle on the surface or the basal body with certain speed with compressed air as its power, and form a spray coating with certain characteristics. According to heat source to be provided, such hot spraying can be done by combustion method and electro thermal process. The former includes combustion flame spraying ,explosive spraying and high viscosity flame spraying and the latter includes arc spraying and plasma spraying(can be further subdivided into normal pressure plasma spraying and water stable plasma spraying).
