The STAF-1400 series Controlled Atmosphere Furnaces are customized for some specific applications in the labs. They can be used for varieties of industries, such as the electronic ceramic sintering, glass annealing or crystallization, ceramic metallization, powder metallurgy, technological material innovation and so on…

Features:

1. Double-layer wall, equipped with air-cooled system, enable a quick temperature rising or decreasing rate;
2. A Perfect high-temperature sealing kits on the cover and top; a water cooling system is equipped in the cover;
3. There is a gas inlet, a gas outlet, a hole for pre-vacuum pump system on the furnace body.
4. Furnace body: Steel plate
5. The heat barrier system: Al2O3 polycrystalline fibre by a patent assembly way, enable a 50% energy saving.
6. Heater: silicon carbide rod
7. Intelligent temperature control system;
8. Can filled with Hydrogen, Argon, Nitrogen depend on your specific application.
9. Equipped with pre-vacuum pump system, can achieve a pre-vacuum level of 20kPa;
10. Pressure after filling with gas (Argon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen): 0.1MPa
