This piezoresistive pressure sensitive component is a type of pressure sensor suitable for pump, automotive electronics, drinking water, etc. its core is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensitive chip adopting MEMS technology processing. The pressure sensitive chips by a elastic membrane and integrated membrane on the four resistors, four varistor formed the structure of wheatstone bridge, bridge produces a voltage output signal which has a linear proportional relationship with the added pressure when pressure effects on the elastic membrane.
This pressure sensitive component is OEM component adopting PCB assembly, can be electrical connected through the welding line or the pin, suitable for the O ring seal.
