Operation The La Marzocco Linea is easy to use, and requires limited experience to operate. Basic users can operate the brewing buttons, however, if you choose to customize the liquid volumes for signature drinks, it will require reading the manual and a more advanced knowledge of espresso brewing. This La Marzocco espresso machine connects directly to a water line so you never have to refill it. The Lineaâ??s brew groups and portafilters are each 57mm in diameter. Product Description Technically, the La Marzocco GS/3 is a commercial machine, ready for use in a coffee shop or kiosk but we are also selling it for the home. With dual stainless steel boilers for simultaneous brewing and steaming, a 118 oz water reservoir, separate stainless steel hot water and steam wands, a multifunction backlit keypad and easy to read digital display, programmable water volumes, adjustable temperature control and more, we figured that this machine was too good to hide from a retail audience. If youâ??re ready to blur the line between â??consumerâ?? and â??professional,â?? or if you think the line never really existed in the first place, then youâ??re ready to take a closer look at the respected and reputable La Marzocco GS/3. This machine has a 13 month warranty. Features & Benefits: Coffee Design To the left of the brew group are two pressure gauges â?? the far left pressure gauge shows the pressure in the brew boiler, and the gauge closer to the brew group shows the pressure in the steam boiler. Above these gauges is the steam wand, and below them is the steam activation lever. To the right of the brew group is the digital display with clock and below the display is the keypad. This is also where you find the hot water dispenser and hot water lever. They keypad has icons, so you can remember which button does which. From left to right, they stand for espresso, double espresso, coffee, double coffee, programming and tea. When in programming mode, the espresso and double espresso buttons stand for a down arrow and an up arrow, respectively. The coffee button is used to access certain menus, the double coffee button has no programming function, and the tea button is used to turn the GS/3 on and off. Brewing The machine is heated to proper brewing temperature when the keypad buttons are backlit. Before brewing, itâ??s a good idea to run some hot water through the portafilter. This warms the portafilter to brewing temperature, so your espresso is brewed at a consistent temperature. Add grounds to the portafilter, insert the portafilter into the group head, and press the button corresponding to your preferred drink â?? espresso, double espresso, coffee, or double coffee. The machine will automatically dispense a set volume of water through the grounds. When brewing, the brew boiler pressure gauge should read about 9 bars.

LAS 5NF is a Lactose Substitute Non- Fat Solid is an Enzymatically Modified, Clean Label, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Plant-based and Non-GMO starch used as curdling and thickening agent in Flavored milk,Ice cream,Gelato,Cottage cheese, Vegan Cheese,Sour cream,Whipped cream and Vegan butter. It is 100% naturally made which does not have any preservatives and Mono sodium Glutamate (MSG). APPLICATIONS 1. First add 4% to 10% of LAS 5NF based on the Protein Content of the Milk in cold (4�°C to 36�°C) condition. Dissolve it well without Lump formation. 2. Mix 10% of extra water to total mix and heat the milk mixer to 85�°c & hold for 12 min with continuous stir .The product is settle down when stir is not good. 3. Cool the pasteurized milk to 43�°c to 45�°c with slow stir and then add required quantity of culture and stir it slowly for even mixing of culture. 4. Then keep it in an incubator @ 43�°C for 6 hours and transfer it to chiller. DOSAGE For excellent results, use 4 to 10% of LAS 5NF of total batch size, based on the protein content of the milk. For lower protein content in the milk higher LAS 5NF need to be used.

Add 2% to 20% of LAS 4NF based on the Protein Content of the Milk to the pasteurized milk and stir slowly to ensure full dissolving at 80C. 3. LAS 4NF itself contains coagulant. If necessary add coagulant as per the costumer requirement slowly to the milk by slow stirring, maintaining the temperature at 70�° C. 4. Keep Slow stirring for complete separation of solids and whey. (Indication: Whey will turn to light green color and small lumps of solids will settle down) 5. The whey water is filtered through a fine mesh of muslin cloth. The separated particles remain in muslin cloth and it is held in hoofer. 6. Apply pressure on the covered solid spread evenly on hoofer, with a flat lid in lay till water droplets stop. 7. Then the Paneer is pre-cooled in pure water at room temperature for 10 mins or till the external sides can be held in hand water for 10 mins , then dip in chilled water for 4 hours.
