in operation; due to the different revolving speeds of the two relatively rotated rollers, the temperature of the working surface is also slightly different; then the raw materials on the roller surface gradually become soft along with the increasing temperature due to the heat conduction and fiction effect of the roller, stick to the roller surface and rotate with the roller.
When these raw materials enter into the gap on the working surface of two rollers, due to the small gap between the roller surfaces, and the revolving speeds on the two roller surfaces are different, the materials suffer from the strong extrusion, shear, and kneading action; due to the complex motion among the raw materials, the raw material produces a certain amount of friction heat in itself; in addition, the surface of the roller also has the conductive heat.
Due to the combined action between these internal factors and external conditions, the raw materials on the roller become softened and in mixed plasticization and molten state; in addition, the operator will constantly stir up the raw materials among the rollers, so that the raw materials can be mixed and plasticized uniformly. At the moment, the raw materials can be delivered to the calendar and rolled into the products.
1.The mixing chamber is of chilled structure with quick and better heating/cooling effects. The inner wall is coated with hard chrome for long service life.. 2.Build-up welding of hard alloy for the two, three, four ridge top and two sides of the rotor, all the working surface are coated with hard chrome, good appearance and abrasive resistantce, the cooling/heating medium can pass through the hollow of the tangent linear type, mesh type, and synchronization type rotor. 3.Constant hydraulic pressure seal structure is used for the top of the rotor and the seal effect is good with long service time thanks to high pressure lubrication automatic alarm for used up of oil. 4.The upper bolt relieves the pressure automatically to protect the machine and for long service time if the machine work for too long time under overload condition. 5.The working surface of up and down bolts are coated with hard chrome, good appearance and abrasive resistance. The cooling/heating medium can pass through the inner hollow of down bolt. 6.A rotary oil cylinder is used for the discharge door, smooth running and accurate positioning. 7.Use two shafts put-out hard teeth reducer and gear coupling or "+" type universal joint, the transmission is smooth with high effciency, low noise level and long service life.
