Mb-04 Tough Sandstone Adhesive

Features:
1, This product is a new type strong stone adhesive, applied to all kinds of low water absorption stone materials like large-scale artificial stones, culture stones, and natural stones
2, No need to wet the brick wall, effectively improve the efficiency
3, Strong bond ability, material-reducing, much safer and firmer than the traditional cement adhesive, also can reduce the construct trash and the quantity of the wall
4, Good anti-acid and anti-alkali and anti-infiltration and anti-aging function
5, Small shrinking rate, no cracking, can be used in cold and humid environment.

Application:
1, The adhesive for cement plaster, brick, smooth cement wall paste stone
2, The adhesive for low water absorption surface and light steel frame system board, like gypsum board and Eight board.

Surface Treatment:
The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.

Operation Process:
1, The ratio: MB tough stone adhesive: water: 3.3: 1 (25kg powder, about 7.5kg water) mixed and stirred into paste, using an electric mixer to make particle paste, put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better effect
2, Using tooth scraper to scrap the adhesive onto the surface evenly, control within 1m2, then push the stone above it
3, For the ceramic tile with deep ditch or stone material, expect for the surface, scrap the backside of the tile or the stone material.

Normal Amount:
Coverage areas differ according to the circumstance:
1, using 3*3mm tooth scraper about 1.8kg/m2
2, using 6*6mm tooth scraper about 3kg/m2
3, using 10*10mm tooth scraper about 4.8kg/m2
Note: bricks for wall using 3*3mm tooth scraper or 6*6mm tooth scraper, bricks for floor using 6*6mm tooth scraper or 10*10mm tooth scraper.

Cautions:
1, Make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation
2, Never mix the dry slurry with water and use again
3, For the painting surface, make sure the initial bond strength and no flake
4, Finishing after 24h can be walked in or fill the crack.

Store Method:Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
