Hx673a pneumatic comparator consists of hand pump, lead screw , reverse valve, relieve valve, and output interface .It features high sealed performance, stable pressure generating and simple operation. It is suitable in the laboratory and fieldwork. It could supply the pressure for the calibrating pressure(differential pressure)transmitter, precion pressure gauge, general pressure gauge and other pressure instruments.

Hx673a provides pressure for calibrating pressure gauges, as pressure (different pressure) transducers, precision pressure gauges, general pressure gauges and other pressure gauge. It can be extensively used in power, chemical, petrol, metallurgy, metering, military industry etc.

"coreless rewinder rp" is a completely automatic rewinder (roll to roll) that allows to rewind air bubble film for packaging in small rolls without internal core ( pony roll )

This rewinder born following the request of our customers to enter in the markets of hardware store, shopping mall, bricolage shop, etc., where the air bubble film cannot be sold in rolls with standard dimensions, but only in small rolls with few meters. This rewinder remove also the problem of the internal core cost that could be to much expensive if compared to the sold material.



The plant is composed by different groups:



Unwinder group complete with bearing brackets for the air expansion shaft with pneumatic closing system where the mother roll with an internal core (° 76mm) is loaded


Central group complete with motorized nip-roll cylinder and pneumatic cut system with blade;


Rewinder group where the material is rewinded without internal core thanks to rewinding rollers, unhooked and the present length and positioned on a basket. The plant also allows, through the application of an adhesive label or tape, to close the produced roll.


Control panel where it is possible to set each parameters of production like number of rolls to produce and length.







Once inserted the roll of departure, the "coreless rewinder rp" proceeds to the production of the rolls without internal core without any intervention of the operator which is only necessary to load a new mother roll and to remove the produced roll from the basket.





The plant is conforming to the ce safety directives and it is furnished complete of manuals of operation and maintenance.

Structure
ZL series Long Bag Pulse dust collector is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash bucket, supporting legs, filtering bag and blowing device, ash discharging device. The features of this structure are:
1. Upper box is devided into thousands chambers. In order to realize off-line cleanign dust and maintenance, each chamber has equipment 1 lifting valve.
2. Pneumatic vent valve is controlled by air cylinder. The advantages are realiable operation, fast speed of on/off, without any leakage of air.
3. Compared with horizontal installation, the vertical installation fo pneumatic vent valve is easier during maintenance.
4. Filtering bag is self-locked and sealed on the board holes by the flexible ring on the bag. This can gurantee low emission density and easy for installation and replacement.
5. Optimized injection short tube can gurantee perfect dusting cleaning performance.
6. Safety guard and walking platform are equipped for regular maintenance.

6. Solenoid pulse vale adpots high quality raw materia. Its mebrane has longer using life.
7. Control system adpots advanded controller. It has 3 controlling methods: pressure difference, timing and manual. Offline valve, pulse valve and ash discharging valve are auotmatically controlled by the system.

Raw material Tamarind kernel Powder / seeds is treated with the chemicals as described in the process in the reactor. For effective use of the plant, two reactors are suggested with medium size s those are more convenient and economical to use. To add chemicals, three metering tanks are suggested. To maintain temperature or to increase temperature of the material in the reactor, hot water tank is provided. This hot water tank is equipped with coils to maintain the desired temperature of the water. The reacted mass is sent to the ultrafine grinder. Ultrafine grinder can grind the material with minimum thermal degradation compared to other grinders. Material coming out from the grinder will have high moisture due to addition of moisture in the reaction stage.

The reacted mass is sent to the ultrafine grinder. Ultrafine grinder can grind the material with minimum thermal degradation compared to other grinders. Material coming out from the grinder will have high moisture due to addition of moisture in the reaction stage. The material is dried in the dryer tube by hot air generated by thermal fluid boiler (Mentioned as radiator).
