The head of clamp can clamp, loose, rotate. The whole manipulator adopts whole frame structure, drived by motors and making wheels move freely; the link rod drived by oil cylinder or motor or steel wire wheel makes clamp life and drop and incline smoothly: the mouth of clamp fastens and looses completed by pulling rod drived by oil cylinder; the hollow axis makes the head of clamp rotate which is drived by hydraulic motor; the whole frame turns around which is drived by hydraulic motor; the frame of clamp is equipped with level and vertical butters.
