Overview Spiral chute is a new type of gravity concentration equipment for separating 0.6-0.05mm (can separate 2mm material under special circumstances) fine particle ore, including iron, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, tungsten, tin, tantalum-niobium, alluvial gold, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphorus and other non-ferrous metals, rare metals, non-metallic minerals with specific gravity difference. Spiral chute with advantages of stable dressing, clear separating, large capacity, high efficiency, strong adaptability to feeding capacity, density, granularity, fluctuations of grade, simple installation, small footprint, simple operation, moisture-proof, antirust , corrosion, no power, no moving parts, no noise, etc., it is particularly suitable for placer extracting in seaside, river, sand beach, and stream. 2. Structure Spiral chute is mainly composed of 9 parts as the following picture shows. Gandong saw-tooth wave jig is mainly consist of three parts: main frame, driving set and jigging chamber. Application Jigging machine is widely used in gravity concentration of tin, tungsten, placer gold, hematite ore, manganese, titanium, antimony, lead, tantalum, niobium and other minerals. Features The pulsing curve of the traditional jig is sinusoidal waveform, the up and down speed of water flow and acting time produced by the movement of membrane are almost same, so it is unfavorable to loose of jig bed and layering of minerals based on special gravity, and thus affect separation ability and recovery rate. Saw-tooth wave is energy economy gravity equipment that is developed and improved from traditional jig on the basis theory of jig bed layering. Its jigging pulsating curve is similar to saw-tooth wave, which makes the up speed of water flow quicker than down speed of water flow, so it can improve looseness of jig bed and reduce suction action, which can lead to fully settlement of heavy particles in slurry, it highly improves separation ability and recovery rate. Stroke and frequency of stroke are adjustable.
Application of shaking table Concentrating Tables are designed to wet gravity-based separation of minerals and other granular materials. There are many applications where the concentrating table is of particular value and cannot be equaled for economical and efficient performance. They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals. Construction Head Motion: The head motion is of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil sump. Decks: The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, requiring little maintenance. The specific gravity of fiberglass made into decks is one third of that of steel, while its strength reaches as high as 70% that of steel. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristic of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance and can hold the shape unchangeable at f+50f¦. Feed and Water Box: A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water. Base: A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available. Technical Specification The Gandong Shaking Tables have three distinct deck designs available. The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles sized from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.
