The LMGQ series linear guide is a high-performance linear guide developed based on the design foundation of the LMG series linear guide. It has high rigidity and load-bearing performance and can withstand equal loads in radial, anti-radial, and left-right lateral directions. Its automatic self-aligning feature can absorb assembly errors during equipment assembly. A special resin-made ball joint is designed between the steel balls to effectively reduce wear and collision between the steel balls during the operation of the slider. It also provides effective lubricant storage space, thereby reducing the operating noise of the slider and extending its service life.

Our guide way has the circular arc contact design . Because of the special constraint design , the linear guide way can take up loads in up/down and left /right directions . Further more , the circular-arc shaped groove approximating the ball diameter which provide a wide contact width between the balls and the groove raceway can obtain large permissible load , high rigidity and smooth linear motion.
