The plug valve is an important part to connect the high-pressure manifold during cementing and fracturing operations and is also suitable for the control of other high-pressure fluids. The end of the plug valve is connected by the hammer union plug valve, LP internal thread connection and LP external thread connection. At the same time according to customer requirements to design a base high-pressure plug valve; Plug valve is mainly composed of the valve body, sealing arc slice, plug and other parts; Plug valve specifications are 1", 2", 3", cold working pressure 42Mpa (6000Psi), 70Mpa (10000Psi), 105Mpa(15000Psi) three grades, can be used at room temperature, low temperature and sulfur gas conditions and repair kit.
