Product Description
Winner2006A intelligent full automatic laser diffraction particle size analyzer with MIE scattering theory to precisely test the particle size distribution from 0.01m to 100m. It adopts dual laser beam and built-in sample preparation system, Intelligent operation, very simple to use for engineer, offer accurate and reliable data. It enables you understand materials well, such as abrasives, adhesives, agrochemical, barite, Batteries, Bentonite,
Main Features
(1) The laser particle size analyzer adopts a unique concentrated Fourier transform optical path. In order to better test sub-micron particles, it adopts the patented technology of orthogonal dual laser beams, and the measurement range is extended from 0.01/0.1¼m-1000¼m.
(2) The intelligent operation mode realizes one-click testing, automatic water replenishment, ultrasonic dispersion, circulation, and drainage, which not only reduces the workload, but also achieves better repeatability after eliminating human factor errors.
(3) The laser particle size analyzer adopts an automatic optical alignment system composed of a precision four-phase hybrid stepper motor. Its micro-movement accuracy reaches the micron level, so that the optical path is always in good condition.
(4) Laser particle size analyzer configuration Liquid sample dispersion/preparation system: fully built-in mechanical stirring, ultrasonic dispersion, and circulation paths are integrated, and the high-power circulation pump and pipeline are optimized to effectively prevent the precipitation of large particles.
(5) Software support: Original patented unconstrained free fitting technology enables particle analysis without any functional restrictions and truly reflects particle distribution.
(6) Output parameters: (D50, D03, D06, D10, D16, D25, D75, D84, D90, D97, D98, set any value, S/V, D[3,2], D[4,3 ] )
