Vietnam Long Grain White Rice 5% broken - 5451 is a high-yielding rice variety grown in Viet Nam. 5451 is a long-grain variety of fragrant rice created by a crossbreed combination between Jasmine 85 and OM 2490 varieties with high quality which can meet the export standards.
Grain of this variety is long, slender, little chalky and slightly milky color. Rice is elastic and soft in texture, slightly aromatic when cooked, not hard even when cooled down.
