Then ampoules are raised by vertical rotary screw pole, clamped by a row of clamps, overturned to bottom up and sent into round-barrel 3-water-3-air washing case. Then ampoules are washed by filtering water, pure water, water for injection seperately and blowed by pure air after each time washing. Finally ampoules are overturned bottom down and sent into oven orderly for next step. Under the monitoring of intelligent system of Model GMS Tunnel-type Oven, ampoules are successively entered the Preheating Zone, High Temperature Sterilizing and Drying Zone and Cooling Zone of the Oven by conveyer chain with speed stepless adjustable. The temperature control system has functions of temperature setting, displaying, recording and printing. In order to avoid pollution, the 100 stage laminar flow protection devices are supplied in the inlet section and outlet section of the oven(option). After cooling, drying for no bacterum, and throwing off the heat source, ampoules are taken out automatically for next step. Ampoules in bulk are fed into the bottle-feeding passageway of Model AGF Wire-drawing Filling and Sealing Machine by the conveyer belt. The ampoules in group are intermittently and orderly fed into the stations of nitrogen filling, wire-drawing, filling and sealing under the protection of 100 stage laminar flow protection device (option). Sealed ampoules are intermittently pushed out of the bottle funnel by a bottle-pusher. Chracteristics: The whole system is always under the protection of 100 stage laminar flow protection device and according with G.M.P Standard. Equipped with advanced instruments and sensitive control system at home and abroad to guarantee the stable performance an convenient operation. Water used for bottle-washing can be recycled to save water consumption. Applicable for various ampoules specification. The bottle washing machine adopts PLC control and human interface control for bottle washing process, and ultrasonic-washing time can be set freely. The temperature control system of oven has a function of paper recording or non-paper recording. The speed of vonveyer belt in oven is stepless adjustable and satisfying various output requirements. In the wire-drawing, filling and sealing machine , equipped with device to ensure no bottle-no filling.
