Dekelon paper machine for printing and writing paper production. It can be used to make A4 paper, newsprint paper, writing paper and more, in 50-300g/m² from wood pulp, waste paper, wood and other pulp. The design speed of this newsprint paper machine is 300m/min, and the breadth is 1092-4100mm. Structural Features of the Paper Machine 1. Headbox This paper making machine is designed with an open headbox, which is composed of the taper pipe, stepped diffuser, rectifier roll and box. The pulp distributor with a pore plate made of organic glass comes with three step diffusion. The top and lower lips of the slice are made with stainless steel. The top lip has full and local control. 2. Forming Section (Wet End) The fourdrinier table has a length of 18,000mm. With the exception of the bearing block, which is made of aluminum alloy, the rack is completely constructed from structural steels by welding, and covered by a layer of stainless steel at a 1.5mm width. The forming section of the paper machine consists of the breast roller, forming board, foils, suction boxes, vacuum couch roller, electric wire tightener, pneumatic corrector, and edgy warping device. 3. Press Section In the press section, the fourdrinier machine uses a vacuum suction pickup roller and three suction rolls. 4. Dryer Section This paper machine is equipped with 28 sets of f1500mm steam-heated cylinders and one f3000mm cylinder in the dryer section. Paper dryers are typically arranged in groups. The arrangement pattern is, in sequence: 6 dry cylinders, 6 dry cylinders, 8 dry cylinders, 1 dry cylinder, glue applicator and 8 dry cylinders. They are driven by a sealed gearbox and lubricated with a thin oil. 5. Drive and Control Section This paper machinery uses a sectional drive system composed of an AC variable frequency motor, reduction gearbox with a hard teeth surface, and universal spindle coupling. It comes with an all-digital closed loop control system. 6. Calender Press Polish and Rewinding Dekelon's printing and writing paper machine applies a super calender and horizontal paper winding machine.
Applications: Designed for delivering treated water (feedwater) at the pumping temperature of up to 438K (165C) into the fossil-fueled stationary boilers with absolute steam pressure of maximum 13.7 MPa (140 kgf/cm2). Capacity, Q = 100 m3/h, Head, H = 580 m, Speed of rotation, 2970 rpm, NPSHr = 4 m. The pump units shall be rigidly anchored to the foundation, and piping shall be also rigidly connected to the pumps. The pumps are motor-driven horizontal, centreline-supported, between-bearings multistage ring-section centrifugal pumps with single flow impeller arrangement. The pump casing comprises a suction casing, a delivery casing and a set of stage casings, which are concentrically aligned with respect to each other on rabbeted fits and are bolted together with tie bolts. Diffusers are built in the stage casings and delivery casing. The suction and delivery casings have flanged suction and discharge pump nozzles respectively, which are oriented vertically to the top. The rotor axial thrust is automatically balanced with a balance disc. In order to ensure a normal functioning of the balancing device, its chamber is to be communicated with the suction pipeline. A bearing end cover, fitted in the non-drive side bearing housing, has a shaft position indicator for sight control of the wear of balancing device surfaces and for restraining rotor axial displacements towards the delivery side. The pump rotor is carried by the plain bearings with ring lubrication. The design of pump shaft seal chambers provides both for housing mechanical seals and for packing the stuffing boxes, which are to fed with cooling liquid. Sense of rotation of shaft in all the pumps is counterclockwise, if viewed from the drive side.
