Works as internal lubricant improves flow gives lower die swell (improves dimensional stability) and benefits in filler incorporation. Acts as external lubricant aids in easy removal of molded parts in engineering plastics and thermoset process applications, also suitable for transparent plastics.
JC LUB PE-72 is a high molecular weight lubricant, suitable with PVC / PET / Masterbatch, polymers like Natural and Synthetic Rubbers. It is used as a process aid in extruding and molding rubber compounds, imparts excellent flow properties. It avoids mold fouling in Reclaim rubber and Butyl compounds.
It is advisable to add JC LUB PE-72 added together with the filler.
