High-porosity metal nickel fiber felt is a patented product, which is a three-dimensional nickel felt made of metal nickel fiber developed in chemical and metallurgical processes. The purity of nickel fiber felt is 99.5%. It is a new material with light weight, good flexibility, adjustable porosity, and felt thickness.
Metallic nickel felt is made of micron-sized pure nickel fiber in accordance with international technical standards, through a special felting process and ultra-high temperature vacuum sintering process. Compared with nickel mesh or nickel powder sintered plate, nickel fiber felt has a good three-dimensional network porous structure, high porosity, large specific surface area, uniform pore size distribution, strong corrosion resistance, good water permeability, good heat dissipation, and current density high, low voltage, stable performance, long life, and other advantages.
