Products Description
High-porosity metal nickel fiber felt is a patented product, which is a three-dimensional nickel felt made of metal nickel fiber developed in chemical and metallurgical processes. The purity of nickel fiber felt is 99.5%. It is a new material with light weight, good flexibility, adjustable porosity, and felt thickness.
Metallic nickel felt is made of micron-sized pure nickel fiber in accordance with international technical standards, through a special felting process and ultra-high temperature vacuum sintering process. Compared with nickel mesh or nickel powder sintered plate, nickel fiber felt has a good three-dimensional network porous structure, high porosity, large specific surface area, uniform pore size distribution, strong corrosion resistance, good water permeability, good heat dissipation, and current density high, low voltage, stable performance, long life, and other advantages.
Widely used in fuel cells, military industry, aerospace, civil, medical, and other industries. Especially hydrogen fuel cell diffusion media: anode diffusion layer (GDL) for proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis.

Product Features
1. Good electrical conductivity
2. High mechanical strength
3. Good chemical stability
4. Strong corrosion resistance
5. Large specific surface area
The fibers in the sintered fiber mat are overlapped with each other, and each fiber is welded with several fibers. The overlapping points are in a slightly fused state, and the entire fiber mat forms a complete conductive network with excellent electrical properties. And it also has a large specific surface area, which is mainly determined by the characteristics of the preparation process of the nickel fiber felt. The drawn fiber itself has a large surface area, and the fiber is laid into a net to form a network structure that is evenly overlapped with each other.
