Tma plastic recycling/compounding extruder The polymer with suitable pigment or master batch is being fed in to the barrel cylinder through storage bin. The barrel is heated by electric resistance heaters which are controlled by temperature controllers to process the feed material. The rotating screw pushes the polymer towards die end for proper melting and uniform and homogenized mixing of polymer with pigment or master batch. The screw is rotated by helical geared motor. The plastics strands extruded from die head are passed through water tank for cooling and fed in to high speed palletizer. Palletizer cuts the strands in to desired length of pellets which are collected in to the storage silo.

Our pipe production lines are designed by considering the maximum product capacity and minimum energy consumption within the desired pressure class or wall thickness. Thanks to PLC and screen located on the line, the operating parameters of the line can be reported such as line speed, line working time, production quantity, machine working recipes. Extruder machine is used for melting and stirring plastic raw material. Masfen produces sprecific screw and barrel for material type that provide perfect mixing and homogeneity. Our Extruders have 50kg/h to 1000kg/h capacity for PE, PEX, PP, PPRC, PVC type of plastics.

The plastic granule will be melting down and coming out through cylinder regularly supporting by 055mm screw. Straw tube is forming through circular die and sizing die. This process is primary stage to produce all kind of straws. Only one solid base color is available by mixing plastic granule and selected coloring masterbatch.
