Our Coffee:
Coffee is treated as a generational heritage in Gayo culture. Many (if not most) of the coffee plants that we see today is the same one that the ancestors planted and cared for in the past. Coffee plants can last for tens of years, and that way, it almost feel like the wisdom of the ancestors is also passed down through their teachings of how to produce the best coffee beans.
The combination of this generational knowledge and modern assessment methods is a recipe for our best quality products for our customers.
