1. The valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve adopts a two-stage stepped cylinder structure. When the high-pressure liquid of the system acts on the large diameter end and the small diameter end of the valve spool at the same time, the area difference between the two ends of the valve spool can greatly reduce the hydraulic pressure borne by the valve spool, so as to achieve the stability of the large flow unloading process.
2. On the cylinder wall in the middle of the front half valve body, 12 unloading holes are uniformly arranged along the circumference, which not only balance the force along the radial direction, but also make the valve spool flexible.
