OM49/ OM4900 rice, created in the Mekong Delta, is an unadulterated rice assortment that holds the qualities of Jasmin 85 and Lemont C53 high-yielding, fragrant, and modern rice assortments. The 100-day rice assortment (over 90 days) developed is of high financial worth, yielding 5-7 Tons/ha.
The grain is long and white, and the rice has a trademark light smell. At the point when cooked, the rice is delicate, tacky, sweet, and fragrant, particularly when cooled. OM4900 has a long, wide shape with a smooth white tone. This rice has precisely the same shape as Jasmine rice. Recently gathered rice is more fragrant.
