V62 quick drying dispensing valve is an anaerobic single acting dispensing valve with one-way drive and thimble structure. It is suitable for the production of speakers and loudspeaker boxes, mechanical hole seam sealing, capacitor and module filling, dispensing of circuit board, canned beverage and liquid medicine, drip and coating with anaerobic adhesive, etc.
Rapid and accurate action, maintain superior fluid glue breaking function, and simply control the precise flow of liquid.
Feature:
1.Common barrier planning is selected to effectively isolate the fluid tank and rubber valve starting parts, so as to finely control the medium and low density fluid flow.
2.The echo time of the barrier valve can reach 15ms, and the glue breaking is clean and agile without dripping and leakage.
3.The fluid tank and diaphragm are made of polymer plastic materials. The polymer fluid tank can be used for various commonly used fluids such as solvent, instant drying glue, anaerobic glue and flux.
4.The black fluid tank can completely shield the light, making the UV dispensing operation safer.
5.The glue quantity is continuously adjustable, easy to clean and low protection.
