The material of the splicing coupler is constructional quality steel of no.45 steel. Working principle: 1)slice up the end of the rebar; 2)peel the rib of the end of rebar with specialty rib peeling parallel thread rolling machine; 3)connect the two ends of rebar with rib peeling thread coupler; The characteristics of the usage: 1.Standard model: used in the occasion for connecting the steel bar in normal situation. 2.Different diameter model: used for connecting the steel bar in different diameters. 3.Flared model: used for the steel bar which was hard to match. 4.Positive and negative screw thread model: used in the occasion when the two sides both can not be turned but the lengths can be adjusted. 5.Locking nut model: used when the steel bar can not be turned, then it turns the splicing coupler to join the steel bar and then lock the splicing coupler with the locking nut.
Advantages: Bar-break feature guarantees fully ductile elongation. No reduction of the bar cross-section area. Working principle: 1, first, we use gq50 rebar cutting machine to splice up the end of rebar. 2, secondly, we use upset forging parallel thread machine (bdc-auto1 machine) to forge the end of rebar. 3.Third, we use parallel thread cutting machine (lw-i500 machine) to thread the ends of the rebar which have been forged. 4.Fourth, an upsetting coupler is used to link the two ends of rebar in parallel thread.
Application guide: Proper installation is very important to ensure the design load will be reached in the application. Yida strongly recommends that the installation and site quality check be done according to the required guidelines and dimensions. Site installation method: 1.Screw the bolt into female coupler swaged with rebar, till unable to screw continually. 2.Screw another side of bolt into the other sleeve after swaged with rebar, till unable to screw continually. 3.sWith the help of two pipe wrenches, tighten the connection by turning both rebar/couplers in opposite direction at the same time.

The strands are individually gripped in one anchorage unit and transmits their prestressing force by means of anchor plate casting unit type M. 4. For each anchor size a special spiral reinforcement is provided at the anchor plate casting to give adequate splitting reinforcement for burstling stresses developed at the anchorage zone. 5. The strands in tendon are stressed simultaneously by means of a multi strand stressing jack from capacity 1,100 KN up to 5,000 KN. In case of small size tendon unit such as type M405 the strands can also be stressed individually by means of mono jack. 6.To ensure corrosion protection and to give adequate bond strength, the tendons are filled with suitable cement grout mix after complete stressing of the strands.
