APG technique is similar with thermoplastic injection machine. First mix resin, hardener, silicon powder and pigment by mixing plant(under vacuum), once the material finish mixing, give air pressure (2-3.5KG) to the mixing pots, so the material will be injected into mould, meanwhile, the air will release from mould when mould full filled material, material will be cured because mould is hot. The injection nozzle must continue inject material when curing  It is large and medium-sized equipment, dimension of clamping plate is 1000*1200mm,length of upper and lower core-pulling stroke can be determined according to the product(it needs lower core-pulling foundation pit when the lower core pulling exceeds 300mm). Dry ingredients are received in bulk or in bags; liquid ingredients such as fat and molasses are pumped directly into storage tanks in the feed mill; elements such as bulk grain are conveyed by conveyors or bucket elevators to the cleaning machine to remove non-metallic foreign matter and metal impurities material, and then stored in the storage bin.
