This series belongs to standared apg clamping machine, the min clamp plate size is 600x800mm, and the max clamp plate size is: 800x600mm, can meet production requirement from 11-36kv, such as current transformer, voltage transformer, insulator, bushing, spout, sfg gas-insulated indoor switch disconnector. Etc.
The upper and lower core distance can be customized, foundation pit is necessary if lower core travel distance above 500mm.

APG technique is short for Automatic Pressure Gelation Process. It was proposed by Ciba-Geigy company from Switzerland on 19th,June,1969.Till now, the APG technique is widely used in the electricity area, especially widely applied to produce instrument transformer, insulators, bushings, contact box, SF6 cover etc successfully, like ABB, Ritz, Koncar.
In China, with the development of APG technique, more and more companies adopt APG technique instead of old low efficiency technology.
 It is large and medium-sized equipment, dimension of clamping plate is 800*600mm,length of upper and lower core-pulling stroke can be determined according to the product(it needs lower core-pulling foundation pit when the lower core pulling exceeds 300mm).
It is mainly used for transformer, 12KV-1250A,3150A insulating cylinder, contact box, 40.5KV bushing, bending plate, upper and lower shell of SF6 insulating cover, etc
1. Apg machine produce process 4 steps:
Install and heating mould pre-mixing epoxy compound injection curing
First, install mould on apg clamps heat it up to 60�copen mould, brush mould release agent close mould
Second, pre-mixing casting compound in vacuum pot turn off vacuum valve when vacuum gage show -0.1release vacuum, push vacuum pot nearby apg machine
Third, apg add pressure into vacuum pot and start injecting cast compound into mold, release pressure open mold take out products
Fourth , curing. Move product in to oven.
1. Apg machine produce process 4 steps:

APG technique is similar with thermoplastic injection machine. First mix resin, hardener, silicon powder and pigment by mixing plant(under vacuum), once the material finish mixing, give air pressure (2-3.5KG) to the mixing pots, so the material will be injected into mould, meanwhile, the air will release from mould when mould full filled material, material will be cured because mould is hot. The injection nozzle must continue inject material when curing
