The UCP design started from the customer's requirements for small size, multi-function and high precision, and supports PLC control.
Stepping motors and conventional drivers are mostly used for packaging machinery. The speed of the pump can be controlled by pulse
to achieve precise filling. Chuangrui's unique control program can support analog control (0-5v 0-10v 4-20mA 0-10KHz) start-stop
control, direction control. It also supports RS485 communication protocol. The pump can be better embedded and combined with the customer's equipment.

The filling packing machine peristaltic pump head YZ1515X is made of two materials.The black filling packing machine peristaltic pump head YZ1515x is made of Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) has excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, insulation, high strength and hardness, excellent mechanical properties, good product dimensional stability, can be processed by a variety of molding methods, and can be precise forming. Because PPS has good affinity with inorganic fillers, reinforcing fibers and compatibility with other polymer materials, it can be made into different reinforcing filler materials and polymer alloys.
Typical application : Chemical industry/ packing machine/printing /fine chemical...etc.

The white filling packing machine peristaltic pump head YZ1515X is made of Polysulfone (PSF) resin has good rigidity and toughness, high temperature resistance, heat oxidation resistance, long-term use in the temperature range of -100â??~150â??, excellent creep resistance, and corrosion resistance of inorganic acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. Resistance to ionizing radiation, non-toxic, good insulation and self-extinguishing, easy to form and process.

YZ series pump heads are designed for easy-to-use peristaltic pump system. With these pump heads, tubing loading becomes very easy and fast. The pump heads can be stackable for multi-channel pumping and adapt easily to OEM applications. PPS housing of Pump head is steady, autoclavable (150), but organic solvent non-resistance. While PPS housing of pump head is organic solvent resistance. The rotor material is stainless steel.

The peristaltic pump is the first choice for abrasive, corrosive or aggressive environments.
The pumping process is triggered by an elastomeric hose, pressed by tree rotating rollers against the pump housing. Once the rollers have passed by, the hose immediately retuns to its original shape and creates a vacuum at the pump inlet. Atmospheric pressure causes the medium to flow in. The feed rate is proportional to the pump speed.
Key features of the peristaltic pumps are their simple operation and compact design. They are self-priming and operate without seals and valves.
