Gas Permeability Tester is based on the differential pressure method and is professionally applicable to the determination of gas transmission rate as well as solubility coefficient, diffusion coefficient and permeability coefficient of plastic films, composite films, high barrier materials, sheeting, metal foils, rubber, tires and permeable membranes. Features The touch interface is auto-visual and easy to operate. Pneumatic clamping improves sealing and avoids manual error. Fully automatic process and the gas permeability, solubility coefficient and diffusion coefficient of the sample can be measured at the same time. Three kinds of test mode (proportion, material and time) are getting to meet different requirements. Provided standard membrane for rapid calibration to ensure the accuracy of testing data. Widely test under various conditions with high-precise temperature and humidity control (optional). The testing range can be expanded to meet the requirements of high transmittance test in accordance with clients' demand (can be modified). Supporting the testing of toxic gas, flammable and explosive gas (can be modified). Complied with GMP users' three-level authority. Systematical analysis of testing results can be carried out. ISP online control and upgrade function are excellent and testing function can be changed remotely according to requirements. Specialized software is used for real-time testing display, data analysis and storage. Principle The pre-conditioned specimen is mounted in the gas diffusion cell as to form a sealed barrier between two chambers. The lower-pressure chamber is firstly evacuated, followed by the evacuation of the entire cell. A flow of gas is thereafter introduced into the evacuated higher-pressure chamber and a constant pressure difference is generated between two chambers. The gas permeates through the specimen from the higher pressure side into the lower side. The gas permeability and other barrier properties of the specimen can be obtained by monitoring the pressure changes in the lower chamber. Standards ISO 15105-1, ISO 2556, ASTM D1434, JIS K7126-1, GB/T 1038-2000, YBB 00082003. Configurations Standard: Instrument, Professional Software, Round Sample Cutter, Vacuum Grease, Fast Quantitative Filter Paper and Vacuum Pump. Optional: Blades for Sample Cutter, Vacuum Grease, Vacuum Pump Oil, Fast Quantitative Filter Paper, Humidity Generator. Note: 1. The air connection of the instrument is 6 mm PU Tube. 2. Customers need to prepare for air source and distilled water.
Film Shrinkage Test Equipment Film Shrinkage Tester GBK-D1 Film Shrinkage test, known as linear thermal shrink test or free shrink test, is used for analyzing the effect of temperature on heat shrinkable films made from polyethylene, ethylene copolymers and their mixtures. Basically, shrinking force, contracting force and shrinking ratio can be measured in such determination. GBPI Film Shrinkage tester conforms to the multiple national and international standards: ASTM D2732 - Standard Test Method for Unrestrained Linear Thermal Shrinkage of Plastic Film and Sheeting ISO 14616 - Plastics Heatshrinkable films of polyethylene, ethylene copolymers and their mixtures Determination of shrinkage stress and contraction stress DIN 53369 - Testing of plastic films determination of the shrinking stress Film Shrinkage Test Equipment GBK-D1 is used to determination of the degree of unrestrained linear thermal shrinkage and dimensional stability at different temperatures. Widely used in industries of plastic material, plastic products, petroleum, chemicals, research institute, inspection agency and so on. Principle This tester uses the principle of air heating to connect the tested sample to the tension sensor and displacement sensor. After reaching the maximum shrinkage force, it is placed in an external test environment with an ambient temperature of 23 to cool down. The reference temperature, shrinkage force and displacement are recorded, and the recorded data can be used to determine the optimal shrinkage conditions of the film. Standards ISO 14616, ASTM D2732, DIN 53369

HPMA is a low molecular weight polymeride, with average molecular weight 400-800. No toxicity, soluble in water, high chemical and thermal stability, decomposed temperature above 330ºC. HPMA has obvious threshold effect under high temperature (350ºC) and high pH(8.3)level, suitable to be used in alkaline water system or built with agents. It has good scale inhibition against carbonate and phosphate scales under temperature 300ºC with effective time as long as 100 hours. Due to its good scale inhibition and high temperature tolerance properties, HPMA is widely used in desalination plant of flash vaporization equipment, low pressure boiler, steam locomotive, crude oil evaporation, petroleum pipeline, and industrial circulating cool water systems. In addition, HPMA has good corrosion inhibition effect when used together with zinc salt. HPMA can also used as additives for cement.
