Vanilia beans
i. Vanilia Tahitian
Tahitian vanilla beans from Indonesia are generally shorter, plumper, and contain a much higher oil and water content than Bourbon beans. The aroma is flowery, fruity with a smooth flavor. They are often described as smelling like licorice, cherries, or wine. Gourmet pastry chefs love to work with the Tahitian (Tahitensis) variety, which are perfect for many applications.
Tahitian Vanilla comes from the fruit of an orchid variety called Vanilla Tahitensis which is a completely different species than the Bourbon (Planifolia) varieties from Madagascar. Tahitian beans are more delicate than Bourbon beans with completely different flavor profile - they are flowery, fruity and anisic with a smooth flavor. Gourmet pastry chefs love to work with the bulk Tahitian vanilla beans because of their sweet floral flavor.
ii. Vanillia planifolia
Indonesian Planifolia Vanilla Beans are sweet and creamy like their cousins from Madagascar, with a more complex flavor profile that finishes with unique earthy/woody undertones. They are bold, with slightly fruity, fig-like notes reminiscent of Tonga vanilla beans. They stand up well against stronger flavors like chocolate and caramel, but can also be used in any application that calls for Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, to add a bit more sophistication to your favorite dessert.
The current lot of Indonesian vanilla beans are very plump, pliable and moist.
"Though Indonesia produced only commodity-grade beans for years, its offerings are on the upswing. The world's second-largest vanilla exporter now delivers beans that sit between Mexico's and Madagascar's in appearance and boast a distinctly raisiny, acidic, prune-like flavor. Try putting these beans to use in chocolate-based desserts like brownies or hot cocoa. The quality of Indonesian beans varies vastly, so buy them only from a trusted source."
iii. Vanillia exctrac
Indonesian Pure Vanilla Extract is crafted from premium, hand-selected Indonesian vanilla beans. We use a proprietary cold extraction process to gently preserve more than 300 delicate flavors, resulting in a strong, upfront flavor profile with woody, smoky notes.
Unlike many other vanillas, Indonesian vanilla offers more flavor stability, making it the perfect choice for high-heat and slow-baked applications. Additionally, Indonesian Pure Vanilla Extract complements the sweetness in chocolate- and dairy-based recipes, providing a valuable flavor boost.

There are over 110 varieties of vanilla orchids. Only one, Vanilla planifolia, produces the fruit responsible for 99 percent of commercial vanilla. Most often, vanilla beans are processed into vanilla extract, a common ingredient in baked goods and other food recipes. The tiny seeds add texture and the bean has an intense flavor, plus they can add to the beauty of a light-colored dessert. Vanilla beans are simple to prepare. They\'re also often used whole to infuse the natural flavor into sugar, syrups, and beverages. MOQ: 10 MT We can supply vanilla beans from Indonesia, India, Madagascar, etc.

Vanilla beans are the seed pods of the vanilla orchid plant, known for their exquisite flavor and aromatic qualities. These slender, dark brown or black pods contain thousands of tiny black vanilla seeds embedded in a fragrant, oily substance. Vanilla beans are highly sought after for their sweet, warm, and floral flavor, which is widely used in culinary applications, particularly in baking and desserts. The beans are often split open, and the seeds are scraped out to infuse dishes with the distinctive vanilla taste. Due to their exceptional flavor and fragrance, vanilla beans are considered one of the most expensive spices globally, and their cultivation and harvesting require precision and care, primarily in regions like Madagascar and Tahiti, which are famous for producing high-quality vanilla beans.
