Product Description
The pigging valve produced in our company is a new device used to clean oil, natural gas, chemicals, water and other fluid transportation pipeline (patent number: ZL 97 2 39827.9). It deals with the launching and receiving of the pig, mainly used for pigging in transportation pipeline to ensure the cleanliness in the pipeline and delivery volume, prolong service life of pipeline and separately deliver different products. It has found its wide application in oil and gas field, oil-gas gathering and transportation, warehouse for oil land gas storage and transportation, chemical port, chemical combination storage and offshore platform.
For larger diameter pigging valve, the original is not easy to operate for larger opening force on bayonet type fast-opening door, our company has developed a new fast-opening door structure which adopts elastic automatic wedge-caulking locking steel belt and horseshoe double-eccentric center lock mechanism and pressure-relief lock and locking mechanism, to realize easy and flexible opening of quick-opening door of large diameter pigging valve and ensure its safety and reliability.
